4-Week Bod Transformer

4 weeks with me and you WILL transform your body!

The 4-Week Bod Transformer is a small group training class that meets 2 times/ week and works out like maniacs using resistance training and H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) routines. We train with a 4 Week Goal in mind. I will give you a before/after assessment, take home workouts, correct your form, give you nutritional homework ...basically you are held accountable to ME during our time together and I don't like to be disappointed!

  • 4 Weeks of training with ME; Bonnie Marsh, in a small group setting

  • Plenty of take home workouts you can use anywhere, anytime
  • Homework workouts for the weekends that are a MUST

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30–7:30pm
Hype Gym 480 2nd Ave., @ 27th St

Mon/Wed bootcamp sessions will be held inside and outside at Hype Gym in Gramercy, a 7,500 square foot state of the art gym equipped with body bars, heavy bags, kettlebells and resistance training equipment.
